So a couple of months ago I started this idea of taking mini adventures on Saturdays like whole days of fun, nothing work related or errands just adventures around Orlando and a little farther (St. Augustine once) of "undiscovered things. We've been strawberry picking, to a gator farm, to a lighthouse, and many other fun things. Normally its Crystal and I and her little ladies, but this time it was Crystal and I in the morning and Sara and I at night.
Crystal and I started out the day on a seriously AMAZING boat tour in Winter Park. Ive been to winter park 1000 times before but have NEVER seen it like this. The tour was only 12 bucks and it was an hour out on a pontoon boat looking at 10 million dollar, 30,000sq ft homes. It was gorgeous.

After the tour we walked around downtown Winter Park, and drove around some of the streets of the nicer homes that the boat captain had told us about. It seriously felt like I was up North somewhere in New England half the day definitely not in Florida.
Then tonight Sara and I met up for some dinner and shopping (window shopping for me). We went to Jason's Deli one of my faves and then just the mall. The best part was the conversations with both ladies today. Crys is moving away soon and I'm going to miss her and these conversations. Sara's not going anywhere (except for Kenya!! with me in December) but it still seems like we rarely get time to just chat. Great adventure day over all. Can't wait to get to spend some more time in Winter Park exploring.
